On the right side, you'll find more reflective sections, with a Daily Notes space that you can fill in at any time, and some evening prompts to help you take in the lessons from the day and prepare for tomorrow. The Time Block Journal also features longer-term goal-setting, with review pages to help you reflect on your progress as you move through the weeks and months, and a monthly calendar view so the big picture is always in focus.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
